1. Size & Fit

Are your clothes oversized?
Some of our linen pieces are designed to have a relaxed or loose fit. You can find specific fit information in each product description.

Can you help me choose a size?
Yes. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us with your measurements and the product you are interested in, and we will gladly help.

2. Linen Fabric

Why does linen wrinkle?
Wrinkling is a natural characteristic of linen. It is part of the fabric’s beauty and relaxed look.

Will the linen become softer?
Yes. Linen naturally becomes softer and more comfortable with every wash and wear.

Is linen suitable for summer?
Yes. Linen is breathable, lightweight, and comfortable to wear in warm weather.

3. Care Instructions

How should I wash linen clothes?
Wash linen garments at a low temperature, preferably 30°C, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Can I tumble dry linen?
We recommend air drying linen garments to help maintain their shape and quality.

Can I iron linen?
Yes. Linen can be ironed while slightly damp. However, its natural wrinkled look is also completely normal.

4. Orders

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Lithuania.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Lithuania and to selected international destinations.

In Lithuania, orders can be delivered via Omniva parcel lockers or Lithuanian Post.
International orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Lithuania via Omniva: 1–2 business days
Lithuania via Lithuanian Post: 2–5 business days
International shipping: delivery time depends on the destination country

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays, sales periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes, items can be returned within [14 / 30] days of receiving your order, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Can I exchange an item for another size?
If the size you need is available, we can help you arrange an exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Custom / Made-to-order

Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. We can make linen garments according to your personal measurements. If you need a custom size, adjusted length, or a more specific fit, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I order a custom linen piece?
Yes. We also create custom linen clothing by request. Please contact us personally to discuss your idea, measurements, fabric options, price, and production time.

Are made-to-order items returnable?
Custom and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you, so they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please make sure to contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the right size, fit, and details.
