Custom and Made-to-order Items

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please contact us before placing a custom order so we can help you choose the right size, fit, and details.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange a suitable solution.
